Introducing PryceScan: Competitive Price Intelligence, Automated

PryceScan automates competitive price monitoring across Google Shopping, Amazon, eBay, and retail websites. Here is why we built it and what it does.

Today we are launching PryceScan, a competitive price intelligence platform built for retailers and e-commerce teams who are tired of spreadsheets.

The problem we set out to solve

Every retailer we have spoken to describes the same workflow. Someone on the team spends Monday morning visiting competitor websites, searching for matching products, and copying prices into a spreadsheet. By Wednesday, the data is stale. By Friday, three competitors have changed their prices and nobody noticed.

The businesses that try to fix this either build fragile internal tools that break when a competitor redesigns their website, or they pay $50,000+ per year for enterprise solutions that take months to implement and require dedicated analysts to operate.

We wanted something different. A tool that is powerful enough for a 10,000-SKU catalogue but simple enough that a single pricing manager can run it without training.

What PryceScan does

PryceScan monitors competitor prices across four data sources - Google Shopping, Amazon, eBay, and direct retail websites - and presents a complete view of your competitive landscape for every product.

Automatic competitor discovery. Enter a product with a GTIN or name, and PryceScan finds every retailer selling it via Google Shopping. No manual URL entry required. New competitors are identified automatically as they appear in the market.

Configurable pricing rules. Define how you want to be positioned: match the cheapest, sit 5% below the average, never drop below cost plus 20%. Rules can target specific brands, categories, or individual products. Stack multiple rules with automatic conflict resolution.

SmartPrice calculation. Every day, PryceScan calculates the optimal price for each product based on your rules and current competitor data. The result is queued for your review before anything changes. Read more about how SmartPrice works.

AI-powered analysis. Ask the built-in AI assistant questions about your pricing data in plain English. "Which products am I overpriced on?" or "What would happen if I matched the cheapest competitor on all KitchenAid products?"

ERP integration. Approved prices can be pushed directly to your ERP via webhook, closing the loop from competitor data to updated storefront price.

Pricing

We offer five plans, from a permanent free tier (1 product, unlimited competitors) to Enterprise with custom limits. Paid plans start at $99/month for 50 products. Annual billing saves 20%.

Every plan includes daily monitoring, automatic competitor discovery, and data export.
